Eleanor,
If Lily reaches six and I have not corrected File 614, do not let Victor place her into the family’s primary trust.
This is not because Lily is illegitimate.
She is my daughter.
Victor is my father.
Those facts are not in question.
The problem is Catherine.
Victor closed eyes.
Anna continued:
Mom discovered that her adoption from Ward 2 was not legally finalized until she was seven.
For five years she remained under custodial authority of Whitmore Foundation while living with Hale family.
During that period Arthur used her identity as beneficiary nominee for Ward 2 property pool.
Some shares may still be attached to her legal identity.
If Lily enters main Whitmore trust before those interests are separated, trustees may merge claims that were never meant to belong together.
So Eleanor’s statement “Lily has no right to be in this family” was grotesquely wrong.
Lily belonged to family.
The issue was financial/legal contamination between two trust structures.

Someone manipulated context to make Eleanor think Anna’s parentage questioned.

Eleanor flinched.
Anna knew both.

Catherine died nine years ago.
But archived release existed.
Guardian acceptance:
Robert Hale.
Foundation approval:
Arthur Whitmore.
Maternal consent:
Miriam Cross.
Who was Miriam?
Catherine’s biological mother?
DNA genealogy found probable answer.
Miriam Cross, nurse at Ward 2.

No known children.
But Catherine’s DNA matched Cross relatives strongly.
