Brighton Child Development Center could not release patient identity casually.
Court order did.

Leo Carter.

Ethan could barely sit still.

Emily Carter.

Rachel Moore.
Who was Rachel?
Forty-one-year-old pediatric nurse.

After Emily’s death eighteen months ago, Rachel became temporary guardian under sealed arrangement.
