Twelve years after crash, investigators issued reconstruction.
October 17, 2014.
9:46 p.m. — Ethan defeats Ryan legally in championship final.
10:05 — Ryan receives runner-up medal.
10:22 — Ryan confronts Marcus about athlete ledger deductions.
10:30 — Marcus demands identity of leak.
Ryan refuses.
10:47 — Marcus gives Ryan water containing lorazepam without informed consent, intending calm him and keep sponsors from seeing confrontation.
10:52 — Mark Ellis accesses Ironcrest SUV.
11:02 — Ryan begins showing sedation.
11:09 — Dylan Price helps move Ryan into sedan on Marcus’s instruction.
Marcus keeps Ryan’s jacket and medal with other belongings.
11:13 — Dylan drives Ryan away.
11:18 — Marcus calls Denise, angry about championship loss and academy sale.

Marcus fears exposure of intimidation, drugging Ryan, ledger misconduct.
They leave vehicle.
11:51 — Mark texts Marcus? Timeline if together odd. Could be after separation. They separate quickly. Mark texts from alley: WE HAVE A PROBLEM. Marcus: WHERE IS RYAN? Mark: SAFE. Hmm Marcus would know Ryan with Dylan. Better text prior perhaps. But okay, no need exact all texts.
11:55 — Mark returns briefly to SUV and places Ryan’s jacket and runner-up medal inside.
How would he return unnoticed? Police response may already. Could do before fleeing. More plausible immediately after impact, Marcus orders plant items, then both leave.
11:52 — Marcus uses bloodied hand to open passenger door, leaving DNA on airbag.
11:54 — They plant Ryan belongings and abandon vehicle.
12:02 — Anonymous call implicates Ryan.
12:07 — Dylan returns toward arena with unconscious Ryan and calls emergency services.

Liam nodded.
Then Ethan removed World Champion medal from neck.
He placed it on table.
“I wore this like proof that winning mattered.”
Liam asked:
“Does it?”
“Sometimes.”
“More than people?”
“No.”
Then Ryan, in separate hearing, relinquished former gym ownership to partner pending licensing review.
He began volunteer work not with children, but administrative support for adaptive sports foundation under supervision.
No redemption arc shortcut.
Then Mark’s confession authenticated.
Marcus’s role entered record.
Denise released statement acknowledging husband’s misconduct.
No whitewashing.
The central mystery was ready for final payoff.
But Ethan’s father’s 1989 photograph waited in drawer.
