Back at the mansion, Ethan sat in his dark library, staring at his laptop screen in absolute disbelief. The video feed from the warehouse played in crisp high-definition, the clear audio echoing through the quiet room as Julian and Claire detailed their plan to ruin him and liquidate his family's trust.
The realization hit him like a physical blow. The woman he had married, the lawyer he had trusted with his family's legacy for twenty years—they were both working together to destroy everything his ancestors had built.
